Decent not great

I thought this was a pretty solid purchase, the only real complaints that the instructions were extremely difficult to follow, and I'm used to putting stuff like this together. The wood on the bookshelf portion is cheap and flimsy and started to crack when I fully assembled the bed and started moving it around. I may have to buy another piece of board to reinforce it, which is annoying. Also, my kids are both small and they're five years old, but when one jumped on the top bunk, I could see the boards underneath starting to bend pretty badly. So I had to get some plywood to put underneath for extra security. Overall, it's what I expected, it was a cheaper option of all the bunkbeds I saw so you get what you paid for I guess.
