This is a fun toy reason being it is a small and exciting for toddlers. If kids are three or lower feet height, this is well sized. Speed is manageable for three or under age. Even if kids fall, less chance of injury. Helmet still needed. Takes turns well. Battery life is Okies. May not go over incline well if the kid is heavy. A decent birthday present.

This one is so cute. I love the music and the bubbles maker comes with it. My baby girl is 18 months old and it is perfect size for her. It took me several hours to get full charged. Sometime i just left it charge over night. It come with the controller but you only can control go forward or backwards, can not turn right or left.
