Probably the best and simplest way to improve one's Hand-Eye Coordination. Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, and other great plaers played Stick Ball. The Thunderstick allows a player to do the same, only using real baseballs. A 10% improvement is the difference between a .200 hitter and a .300 hitter.
