I use this product for my *ahem* mustache, it works amazingly, I recommend you follow the instructions well, leave step one for awhile and make sure you cover the complete area you wish to remove hair. Do not leave step two on longer than than the 7 minutes. I do feel a little bit of a burn after I am done, it lasts about 15 minutes top, I have had no adverse reactions and it actually removes the hair!!
