I've used this product before, and it's like really easy for me now. If you can read a tape measure, and use a straightedge, and a razor knife, you can easily do it yourself, and make it look like you hired a professional flooring company. the only mess I had with it, was all the paper I peeled off the tiles. I like NEXUS flooring looks good and it keeps on shining. No need to ever wax it, if you did, you might fall on your ... well you know. I put down about 80 sq feet in about 2 hrs. so it's so easy,the job gets done quickly. Well I hope this helps you make a decision on your purchase. I strongly recommend it if you're a do it yourselfer. John

JUST CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE OF THESE SELF ADHESIVE FLOOR TILES. I PUT THEM DOWN ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR IN NO TIME AT. ABOUT 1 HOUR IT TOOK ME. I PUT THEM OVER MY OLD TILES AND THEY STUCK TO THE OLD TILES VERY WELL. THE FLOOR LOOK GREAT. SO I BOUGHT MORE AND DID THE HALLWAY ALSO. A GREAT PRODUCT AND PRCE.
