Lunazul Blanco Tequila, 1.75 L Bottle, 40.0% ABV

The reasons are that to extract the sugars from their agave plants, Lunazul utilizes the steam autoclave oven. This uses water steam to gently extract the nectars from the agave for distillation. Most competitive blanco brand tequilas will use the diffuser machine which essentially soaks the agave in a chemical bath of hydrochloric acid to convert fructose into sugars for fermentation. The diffuser is the cheapest method way to distill tequila and many well known brands who advertise 100% agave tequila use this unnatural method.
