Wise 8WP24-12S 12" Fixed Height Pedestal is built Stout to withstand rough seas. 2 3/8" Diameter Thick Wall Post with 9" Diameter Base Plate with Recessed Mounting Holes. Constructed of Extruded and Cast Polished Aluminum. Cast Aluminum Seat Mount Locks and Swivels 360 Degrees with Adjustment Handle and Knob. 5 1/4" BIA Standard 4 Bolt Hole Pattern fits Virtually all Seat Brands.

Good buy
The pedestal was exactly as described and it's going to work just fine for what I need to do with them. I'm not 100% sure what the lever thing does though. The nob is what allows the seat to swivel so I don't know. I do like being able to remove the seats in bad weather. Does not come with mounting hardware.

Not pleased with the way the base was finished!
I had ordered the Wise adjustable height seat with the sliding seat attachment previously. I decided to go ahead and replace the other seat bases in my 12 yr old pontoon boat as well. I really liked the Wise adjustable seat base and expected the Wise fixed seat to match. IT DID NOT! The base at the floor level IS NOT SMOOTH! I'm sure maintenance and cleaning will be an issue. IT IS VERY COURSE! There's gonna be washing cloth fragments stuck to it and and stains in the grooves. The man refurbishing the boat for me was being held up while waiting for these seats. I will not hold him up any more. They appear sturdy and seem to function well.
