Excellent Customer Service

Ordered a ""Big Girl"" bed for my 3YO. Got a great price on a trundle-style bed, and it shipped within the next ~24 hours. (I was shocked at how quickly they got it to us -- it arrived a full week earlier than I expected!) Of the 8 or so boxes the bed came in, only 1 wasn't double-boxed. And, naturally, that piece was cracked. Usable in the short term, we put the bed together and called Customer Service the next business day. They had a new footboard to us a few days later with no hassle. We've purchased from Hayneedle several times before; this is the first time there has ever been an issue with our order. I'm extremely pleased with the way this was handled, and we'll definitely be back!

Great beds for a bunk room

Great beds for the price. Delivered quickly and packed very well so no damage. Pretty sturdy too. Instructions were pretty straight forward. I put them together myself by some people will probably need a second set of hands for some parts as they are a little heavy. We're using 3 of these in a lake house bunk room and they are perfect.

Excelent Price for what it is

For a wooden king bed with a trundle, I thought the price was excellent and one of the best I could find when searching online. I like that the trundle is a twin xl, which makes it more comfortable for taller people as twin beds can feel quite small. I would recommend this bed as a versatile option for a guest room or vacation house.
