Bait and switch

This is not what I ordered. I was supposed to receive the 20.29 ounce bottle with a pump, instead I was sent two 9.63 ounce bottles with no pump and that still shorted me 1.03 ounces. I was charged for the 20.29 oz. This was bait and switch. I was never informed that you did not have the size I ordered and that you substituted it for a lesser value.
