Please read entire review for all PROS AND CON, you won't be disappointed.
I am sooo glad I bought this fan, it works almost like a air conditioner. I had it in the window one night when it was humid, but with average temp. I ended up having to turn it off in the middle of the night, because it got so cold.
I had read one of the reviews with a bad score and they didn't like the size of the blades, said it didn't move air real good. I am hear to DEBUNK that.
Yes, the blades are small, however it comes with six(6) blades. I felt like it moves air more quickly. I love the fact that it has all options on front of fan (instead of having to physically turn it over for exhaust), I had one of these when I lived in N. Carolina. It was strictly for the Master bedroom ( the air conditioner didn't move the air into it),
I had to keep lowering the control because it made it so cold, here is a list for PROS and CONS:
PROS;
1- Controls are easily accessible.
2- The cord comes from the front and is very secure, unlike most even without air temp control, (which you need to physically take it out of the window and turn it around to switch intake/exhaust).
3- The actual power of it is "without a doubt", extremely exceptional.
4- Each side has it's own control, EXAMPLE; My roommate and I are situated on each side of the fan in the living room (watching TV) and ones of us is always too cold. Well, this fan allows us to control our own side for temp. Not fail proof but lightens the comfort.
5- Definitely cannot go wrong for the low price.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend, actually I already did.
CONS;
1- Has nothing to do with product: (JUST AN FYI for anyone interested) It is with shipping, I highly recommend keeping track of the delivery, so you can possibly either be home or have a neighbor look out for it.
I've already emailed Customer Service about this.
It was just left outside of the hallway door (has a secure entry) and it was in it's own box ( was not in another one to hide it's identity nor needed a signature. If I wasn't home at the time, I KNOW someone would've taken it!
That is it for cons.
