Relatively easy to assemble. Sturdy. Looks good when put together. No problems with pieces fitting. Be sure you turn the shelf the right direction so the finished edge is out! Finished it out with some collapsible fabric boxes (15 X 10). Made a great addition to the living room as a side table.
