Wanted just the roll and found "Transparent Tape"

I didn't want to buy a dispenser and I noticed there was a red box labeled "Transparent Tape" as shown in this picture. I called in to 3M to confirm and indeed it is the same tape. They were very helpful on the phone but I wonder why they can't be named the same.

Multipurpose Scotch tape

My 5 and 6 year old Granddaughters think your tape is good for everything!!! They are right, it is! I keep several rolls on hand and store them with their craft projects and in every drawer within their reach! I have never been disappointed with the numerous uses or felt that the price was unreasonable. Dependable is the best description! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
