Take three (3) capsules daily, preferably with food, or as indicated by your physician. Store tightly sealed in cool, dry place. Quick Tips for Dry Eyes: Warm compresses can improve lid function. Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps tear production. Use a humidifier in the bedroom at night; goggle-style sunglasses can reduce airflow across your eyes and slow evaporation. Avoid diuretics, like coffee, which are dehydrating. Computer monitor should be positioned so that the eyes are looking down at it slightly. This will ensure that the eyelids are in a slightly closed position, which reduces tear evaporation.
