these nature's truth fruits and veggies are so much better than my other one's. great for immunity to keep it strong. for weight loss its noticeable as for me. digestive system is perfect, and works wonders. for hangovers not sure because im not a drinker so don't know if its good for hangovers, and as part of a review its asking that 😅. so far i feel great taking these and gives me lots of energy, and i feel great. would buy more when its time for a refill. there's no after taste which is a plus. thank you

I bought these for my grandkids. My grandson takes one everyday. It seems to help him, health wise. He doesnt seem to want to eat late at night, which has been a problem. My granddaughter refuses to take them. Maybe someday. I will keep ordering on the subscribe and save to help keep these teenagers healthy.

So I needed to start adding some extra enrichment supplements to my stacks and I found these and I'm happy I have. The multi veg and fruit ingredients ate listed on the packaging and are good quality to me, it definitely is a superfood supplement which is a huge benefit to diet and health improvement. The taste is neutral and in really happy with the product that adds mix and variety to my range of other supplements
