My wife and I have gone back and forth about the type of bed frame that would fit ""us"". It's been six years and we finally made a decision. The one thing that impressed us after the assembly is that it is one sturdy piece of furniture. The only downside to this bed is the manpower. I am a very handy person when it comes to putting things together. The weight distribution between the three assembled parts took a couple people to just put it all together. The directions were easy, it was just the assembling part that required more than just yourself. I had so many questions and worries before we got the bed. The dimensions online (88L x 72.5W) fit was closer to a California King and not a Standard King, which is what we have. When we got the bed, it fit perfect! Another concern was our box springs. We didn't want the height of our box springs to take away from the headboard. The picture of the frame on the website shows none or does show one with a very slim mattress. When we put it all together it looks great! We couldn't be happier with the bed. It's solid, we love the construction of the bed and now we're looking into other Naples pieces to complete our home. Highly recommend this bed!

The poster bed is for my lovely parents, dad is disabled and mom watches over him. It's such great quality bed . Very nice and heavy, wood, such easy step by step instructions . Mom is able to get in and out of bed with no problem. Only thing that wasn't too great was the wrench that was included in the packet, it's hard to work with, luckily I have an electric drill with attachments of all sorts and found one that was perfect for the job. Also love that extra nuts, bolts & screws are included , I lost ons along the way...I looked and looked for the best deal, by far you were the best! My friend's and family have given me such great compliment. I have hounded them your web site, Thanks a lot Hayneedle! So happy with the purchase.
