I returned one due to a dead LED and reordered.

It comes with a plastic bag to use in the rain so that's bad. The horn is loud so that's good. I purchased this and the GameTime brand and kept this- it's so much brighter. Not knowing if the kids will remember the trash bag makes me question if this will last if it rains. Otherwise 5 stars.

Hello to all and please read this! I never do reviews but now I have to, do not buy this, this is so bad, i return 2 and always receive a new one with problems, half-light not working, i am so mad. I can't believe that someone selling this thing, but on another side, i am mad at myself because I thrust this brend second time.
