Warm tips
1. There is no sound or the volume is low. Try to turn up the volume of the sound bar and TV/phone. Because the volume of the TV/phone and the sound bar are separate, you need to turn up the volume of the TV/phone first, and then you can turn up or down the volume of the soundbar.
2. AUX connection. Connect the AUX cable to the device and the soundbar. Then switch to AUX mode via remote control.
3. The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please disable Dolby and DTS through TV audio setting or streaming video APP audio setting.

4. HDMI connection. Select the appropriate mode on the sound bar - set the TV to PCM output (Settings > Sound/Audio > Digital Audio Format > PCM).
5. HDMI ARC function must be used on TVs with HDMI ARC interface, there is no sound when connected to a normal HDMI interface. Please make sure your TV has an HDMI ARC function.
