This product is every landlord's dream!
I am the landlord of two rental properties located in Enfield, IL. I only purchase Duck brand tapes when I am painting my rental properties. It comes off with a clean line everytime, making painting a breeze!

Clean lines
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duck painters tape is a really great product, it rolls out easy and sticks nicely. And the paint doesn't seep under. Nice clean lines, when you peel it off. I've used it for caulking also, it works nicely. All in all great product

Works well on wood and carpet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to protect wooden frames while sanding and then staining. I also used to adhere protective paper to my carpet while painting in the living room. Adhered well and peeled no problem. Recommend this for stated uses.
