Heavyweight ESD jacket with lapel collar and ESD knit cuff is made with a cotton blend fabric that is a heavier weight fabric compared to polyester ESD jackets.

Our Heavyweight ESD jacket is made with a 60% cotton blend fabric which is heavier than traditional polyester ESD jackets. Many people like the feel of cotton fabric and enjoy the added durability of a heavy fabric. Our  superior workmanship provides reliable ESD Properties and panel-to-panel continuity of the ESD garment. The Heavyweight ESD Garment maintains consistent continuity readings for up to 100 wash cycles which means your jacket will keep your static sensitive application safe.

Heavyweight ESD jacket has Hands Free Grounding

This ESD jacket has knit cuffs and a snap on the hip with allows the person to ground themselves with a coil cord for hands-free movement.   A ESD Wrist Strap can connect to a 4mm socket snap inside of left knit cuff and a 4mm stud snap on left hip pocket provides a connection for the ground cord for the anti static wrist strap.

Cleaning / Washing

Machine Wash Warm. Do Not Bleach. Do Not Add Detergent or Softener. Cool Tumble Dry or Hang. Remove Promptly. Surfactants such as laundry detergent and fabric softeners can chemically break down the black carbon static shielding fabric woven into ESD smocks and lab coats. Do not add them to wash.
