Accurate read and easy to use.

This accessory works as well as any other I've used over the years. I have to comment on the CNA's review about calibration… if ever this needs to be calibrated, or “zeroed”, there is a little screwdriver to use for that. Also, she had said that it took so long to inflate; that's because she had the cuff too loose on her arm. This cuff, etc, works very well and has already given me an accurate read.

Not a good buy--you get what you pay for.

I bought this blood pressure cuff to practice taking blood pressures as a newly graduated CNA without a lot of money to invest. I sent it right back. It was improperly calibrated. The bulb didn't start inflating the cuff at all for several squeezes (3-4), and then blood pressures I measured were consistently dangerously high on people who consistently have normal blood pressures. If I am buying a new product, I believe it should be ready to use without having to have it serviced (recalibrated) first. Also, for a normal sized "adult" cuff, I thought the cuff itself was rather small. Consider carefully the quality of any product you purchase, especially if it is related to healthcare. I wish more traditional blood pressure cuffs (that you need to listen to with a stethoscope) were available at brick-and-mortar stores so a potential purchaser could examine them in person before making a purchase. Also, returning the item was very expensive.
