Fabric itchy; too tight; distressed fabric

For the price I expected better. The distressed/ripped areas on the legs are a no go for me - it wasn't obvious from the picture that the black ones are also pre-ripped. Foolish mistake on my part I guess. The fabric is not comfortable. The fit is too tight. Also there's no fly/zipper.
