The Safavieh's Bergama Collection of fine Peshawar rug reproductions is constructed using the same hand-tufted, symmetrical knots used in the antique rugs in Safavieh's private archival collection of Peshawar rugs. Bergama area rugs are made in India from pure wool to maintain and recreate the design integrity and impeccable quality of the Peshawar rugs in order to supply top quality, affordable hand-tufted rugs to everyone.
