Gaiam Yoga Block

Just your standard yoga block. I bought them in the purple color to add some comfort to my home yoga space. These blocks have a little bit of give to them, so if you want a more brick-like structure, avoid these. My only concern is that these blocks look like they may scratch or get/get gouge marks in them easily.

It's a great block for all the uses of a block like bringing the earth a little closer to me as I work on flexibility and something to hold on to you squeeze between my thighs as I practice core exercises. It does it's job, is a very nice color, and I will likely buy another soon.
