I bought this yoga block because I am now practicing my yoga at home instead of a gym that offers blocks for member's use. The block is reasonably priced, I bought an extra for a friend - makes a great gift. Fun colors to choose from! The duffle bag I purchased for my daughters gym bag use, is perfect size, great construction and a beautiful option - you can fit a rolled yoga mat on the outside of the bag. Reasonably priced.

Great for chair yoga.

I use my yoga bricks for chair yoga. I started to experiment with different yoga classes on line some use bricks, some don't. I have found a chair yoga class that is great for stretching after working out with weights or doing mixed cardio workout. This particular class uses bricks and I find that I get a very good stretch in my muscles after doing the class using the bricks.

A very simple but helpful product for it's usage

The product is just as it was presented.  I'm actually using it (for now) under my desk to raise my feet up since sitting and typing all day.  Plans for use with Yoga in the future.  The material it's made from is really sturdy so expecting it to last a long while.
