Jillian Michaels Hard Body [DVD]

This is a great workout. I have other workouts by Jillian Michaels that also provide a good total body workout, but just seem slow and a little boring. This one has a better pace/flow in my opinion. It is made up of circuits like the others, but instead of doing each circuit two times in a row, Jillian takes you through all of them consecutively and then returns to circuit one and does them all again. While I do like this workout and recommend it to others, I didn't give it 5 stars because I like my workout s to have more of a fun factor.
