This grinds so much faster and easier than those disposable things. I know it costs a bit but worth it. I hear the disposable ones get plastic in your food as much as a credit card's worth in like a week. That's supposed to be bad for your health leading to heart attacks and strokes. This grinder, however, has steel parts I think it is so no plastic. It came with a fine setting for me and that's fine, so much quicker than those disposable ones, really amazing. It looks pretty nice too if you're into that.
