I know this is overkill for my 1.0GbE LAN connections, but this is America and overkill is what we do. Anyways, should I need to upgrade my network to 10GbE or even 40GbE, this Cat 8 cable is future proof. Very sturdy, I could feel the wires even in the flat layout are thick gauged wires, the flat design allows me to run it under doors.
