Looks beautiful

We have had the faucet for approx 6 months with no issues. I will remind people if you do not use it each day, to fill a pot of water and dump it, refill and use the next one in case of any bacteria in the line.

Pot filler droops and is a bit of an eye sore

I recently installed this pot filler in my kitchen. In an attempt to avoid any drooping as seen in the reviews I had my plumber follow the Moen instructions exactly as described. Even with a 2x4 installed behind the wall to brace the pot filler and water line the arms still droop. I've tried tirelessly to level the arms of the pot filler, but the elbows where they attach don't appear to be cast at 90 degree angles. If I level the bottom arm the top arm is out of level, and subsequently if I level the top arm the bottom arm is out of level. Unfortunately, with the arms forming two unparallel lines your eye is almost drawn to it, making it an eye sore in my kitchen. To me this appears to be a manufacturing defect. I've removed, replaced and tightened the hex bolt at the elbow joint with no luck. Is there anything MOEN can do to help fix this issue?
