It lasted almost 6 months. I bought the 3-year warranty and the company is horrible with getting to try to get a refund or a replacement... I think at this point I want a refund. Very frustrating with the service I'm getting.

I bought this portable air conditioner on sale, got it home, set up the window, hooked up the exhaust hose, got everything adapted and fitted for my house and the window, and after all was said and done, plugged in the air conditioner and not only is it extremely hard to program and figure out, it barely blows out cold air.. understand that it is only April, and not the middle of summer yet, but I am not expecting very much out of this air conditioner.. hopefully after it sits for another 24 to 48 hours, I get a better result.. but if I had my choice, I would return this air conditioner and get something a little bit more expensive, but since I've already put all my time and effort into adapting my windows and house to this air conditioner, it would be way too much of a hassle
