McCormick Gluten Free Gluten Free Fajita Skillet Sauce, 6.0 oz Pouch

I wanted to try something new for our Family Fiesta night, so I prepared chicken fajitas using McCormick Fajita with Roasted Chili, Garlic & Lime Skillet Sauce. After cutting up strips of chicken, onion, red, yellow, and orange peppers, I followed the easy directions on the pouch. The sauce was quite pungent with the aroma of garlic. Preparation was relatively quick and simple. I served them on a flour tortilla with shredded cheese, sour cream, and some sriracha sauce and then folded the tortillas to encase the ingredients. The fajitas were “muy delicioso” (Spanish for very delicious)! This turned out to be quite a crowd pleaser. I'll definitely be making these again!

I had no idea McCormick made these skillet sauce's until I received this free to try. I am in love!! On the front of the package it say's Just add : Chicken, vegetables and tortillas - cooks in 15min or less .... simple enough right ?? well nothing is ever as simple as it sounds - but to my surprise it really was as simple as that!! The back of the packaged has the "you'll need" list which consist of 1pkg of the sauce, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1lb of boneless skinless chicken, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion and 8 flour tortillas. Well it all sounded easy enough and I usually hate cooking because sometimes it feels like such a hassle and I have a house full of picky eaters. Well I followed the directions and prepared the meal and just like the package stated in 15 minutes the meal was ready!! You can add whatever topping you desire but because I wanted to really taste the sauce I opted to just use a small amount of sour cream and that was all. The skillet sauce was the Fajita with Roasted Chili, Garlic & Lime.... it was so good - My family loved it- This is such a good home cooked meal and so easy to make. The flavors were good but a little hard to distinguish but still good, package was easy to open. I can't wait to buy some more and see what other skillet sauces they have.
