Quality, Quality, Quality
This knife comes packaged so nicely that it would make a GREAT gift. It is super sharp. I purchased the break knife and I will be adding more of this brand to my knife collection. The wood storage sleeve protects the knife and it is so nice I think I will NOT put it in a drawer, but rather leave out on my cutting board. Love it and very happy with my purchase.

Heavy and Sharp
So when we buy knives we always want to make sure they are not just nice in looks but to make sure they are sharp like they say it is. As I tried it for the first time, I was amazed at how easily it sliced thru the meat and even works better wonders on my vegetables.
