Don't make this purchase
The unit was a waste. It didn't couldn't wouldn't function regardless of the broad instructions. Installation of the battery was damned near impossible. There are several radio controlled time pieces in this house and all picked up the signal and have worked continuously. The unit was purchased for its utilitarian appearance, and for a specific use. It has been returned and credit given.

Lorell Atomic Set Alarm Clock
The radio feature does not work at all no matter where I place it in the house, even in a West window, and we are only 400 miles from Fort Collins, CO. As an ordinary clock it seems to work well, the numbers seem to glow in a lighted room, but not at night when the lights are off. Because the radio feature does not work I cannot recommend this clock.
