Pellets arrived in a box...but box was not able to hold the contents w/o splitting at the seams. The pellets were open inside and many leaked out and spilled. Basically paid alot more for a "good" price since I got far less due to spillage. More a shipping issue then product issue...but if the produce doesn't arrive intacted why buy.
