Great Book

If you own a bowflex, this book is great! It has lots of illustrative pictures and different workout routines that are easy to follow. Very easy reading and not boring! If your serious about getting the most out of your Bowflex, buy this book.

Not exactly what I expected

I was looking for a book to help me utilize my new Bowflex to the fullest. I am not a body builder, just a busy mom who want to maximize her workout. I was looking for instructions on how to do routines and the best way to perform them. I found this book to be more about diet and numbers of reps as opposed to HOW to use the equipment. My mistake. Perhaps it would be helpful to a more experienced and serious bodybuilder....
