panels difficult to slide in

sliding the panels into the frame was extremely challenging. the panels didn't fit smoothly and required a lot of force, which we worried might damage them. the 'easy sliding panel system' was not easy at all.

assembly took much longer than expected

the assembly took much longer than the advertised time due to various issues, including missing hardware, unclear instructions, and difficulty fitting parts together. it was a frustrating experience that took two full weekends to complete.
