Lenmar 5-In-1 Battery Charger

I have used rechargeables for 30 years. This is a well-priced unit, because it will charge NiMH and NiCd. It's not a speed charger, which are very pricey, but it's reliable enough to walk away from, and trust that it will be okay if you have to leave it for several hours, since it features an overcharge safety. It is also well-built and solid. If you've never used rechargeables, i highly recommend it! The only warning I have is that you teach your family that these batteries are kept, and not tossed out. They come in so handy to run flashlights, mp3's and other small electronics. When you see a good deal on reuseable batteries, buy them so you will always have some in the charger while you're using the others. Many cost less than 25 cents more than a high end alkaline, and properly charged, they will not disappoint you. Feels much better than throwing batteries out. It could actually be a fun family project to decide how to spot or mark non-throwaways, and to calculate how much recharging saves the household. I think your results would be pleasing.

I cant believe these are so hard to find now days. Glad I was able to find this as I really needed it to charge C batteries for my cats toy that she is constantly playing with.
