Easy to understand
This was suggested to me by my doctor out of a list of book titles. This book helps you with depression and other problems. It is easy to read and understand. It comes with pages to identify and track changes in your mood or feelings. Walmart had the best price, in good quality and shipped to my home quickly for a small amount.

Good book to read for depression
This book has helped me realize a lot of things on how you think and how it affects your mind. I just got the book and it opened my eyes to a lot of thing on my thinking pattern.
