Red Heart 4608 Soft Wine

I've tried various yarns, and have come to Red Heart Super Soft Yarn by working my way there ... from Red Heart Super Saver ... too scratchy for my hands ... and just too scratchy to wear or use. Then I found Red Heart With Love. That was excellent, softer, and made an exquisite afghan for my grandson & his bride. It really turned out very nice. BUT, when the next grandchild said her wedding would be in September, I was determined to make her an even softer afghan ... using the same pattern (which is awesome). I read reviews that said great things about Red Heart Soft yarn. So I ordered Vanilla Swirl, began an afghan and was more than half done, when I realized the color was not the traditional style that my granddaughter loves. I thought the yarn would be mostly off white but there was more browns in it, than I wanted. It's gorgeous and will make a great gift later, & the texture was so nice I ordered the Super Soft (larger skein) in off white to please this bride. It's glorious ... like a stick of butter, or a glass of buttermilk. AND it's sheen and beautiful drape is making this afghan glorious. I will also make two pillows that will go with it. It is a wonderful wedding gift for a sweet bride from her nice old grandma.
