Kershaw Taskmaster Shears
I have only had these shears for a little while but so far they are excellent. They were extremely sharp when new and after some use are still very sharp. I got these for skinning squirrels and love the notched blade for removing the feet from the squirrels. The way they come apart for cleaning the blades is awesome and works really well. Highly highly recommend these shears, couldn't be happier!
