Let's be honest - gluten-free is almost never as good as the gluten option. But these are the best gluten-free wraps I have found. They aren't brittle, hold up well and are good enough that I can use them to make wraps for even the non-gluten-free members of my family.

I have celiac disease and these are the best tortillas I have tried. I used to only buy the gluten free Mission ones but they are double the price and fall apart! To make a burrito, I put a handful of cheese in the middle and microwave on a plate for 45 seconds and that perfectly melts the cheese and is malleable to fold into a burrito and doesn't crack or tear. The flavor is very neutral, too! I buy these in multiples and put the extra bags in the freezer for later use.
