Use: 1. Place In Freezer For At Least 2 Hours. 2. Apply Directly To Injured Area; No Towel Or Cover Needed. Leave In Place For No More Than 20 Minutes. 3. Remove Compress And Return To Freezer For At Least 30 Minutes Before Reapplying. Always Return To Freezer Promptly For Faster Reuse.

Do not heat cold pack in microwave. Individuals with problems in sensing cold should use extreme Caution with this product To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Do not lie on top of compress, as it could cause compress to break. Check for leaks before use. Throw away if leaking. For external use only. Adult supervision is recommended when using on children. Talk to your doctor if you have questions about the injury or if swelling or pain persists. Do not use this cold pack for heat therapy. Suggested First Aid: If contents contact skin or eyes, remove pack immediately. Thoroughly flush with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

These ice packs are comfortable (no towel or other covering needed), conform well to the place needing ice, are a nice size (big, but not huge), and I've used them for years for injuries & things needing ice. A neighbor took a bad fall, and they had only gigantic ice packs that were hard even to lift, required towels, and were very difficult to position. So I got her some of these - the price was great, and I couldn't find them on shelf in the store. She loves them.
