Jet failed to deliver this product in time as promised

The product was fine. I use them in recipes. HOWEVER: your service failed miserably. I ordered from you because you committed to delivering the product by Wednesday. November 11/22 so I could us the cherries in a beloved Thanksgiving recipe. Jet delivered the package the following MONDAY 11/27 - long after my guests had gone. Epic fail. And I paid a considerable amount for shipping to have it delivered on time. Unlikely to use Jet again.
