Unbelievable Product!
I'm an elementary school teacher and therefore, exposed to many germs. I used to get several upper respiratory illnesses a year. After discovering this product, I have not had any sickness. I take this as soon as I feel my throat getting a little scratchy and the next day I have no symptoms at all. The Equate brand is much cheaper and yet very effective. This is a product that I will not do without.

I've been taking this at the first sign of a tickley throat and it has stopped the cold forming right in its track. I really prefer these tablets over lozenges. Nice favor too. This is a must in my medicine cabinet.

Shortens colds and coughs
I've used this product twice now to stop from getting sick with a cold. The first time I used it, it stopped the cold from progressing entirely. I'm using it now, the second time, to stay on the healthier side of a chest cold that my daughter had to get antibiotics for. I can't take a lot of antibiotics because of the effect they have on my stomach and digestive system. So, this product has been a great alternative. I'm still coughing just a little, but I do not have the deep cough and congestion that my daughter suffered with. One thing to keep in mind: Eat something before taking this tablet. If you take it on an empty stomach, you will experience nausea or vomiting. Also, drink lots of water to help flush the virus out of your system.
