Fine woven mesh, lacks a bracket but that's why you're not paying 3 times as much. Ideal for straining sauces with fine unwanted particles such as raspberry seeds. Poppy seed sized objects would probably still get through.

Oh my gosh, this is SO NICE! Much better than expecting, the quality is amazing. And it's a super-duper fine mesh, so great for bone broths and stocks.
