Although the technician had every right to mock me because the error was 100% operator error (that's me), he was calm, courteous, helpful and very patient, and even stayed on the phone with me while I downloaded my first album.

great ipod for the bucks

I wasn't familiar with much of the new Ipods and music boxes out there today. Mine was over 10 yrs old. After reading the reviews, I thought I would try one since it wasn't too expensive compared to what I spent on the last one. This turned out to be a great one. It holds twice as much as my old one. I could upload my CD's into Itunes and onto the Ipod. I downloaded music from Itunes. It was a little confusing at first on how to put my CD's on it but after playing around with it, I figured it out. Now, I have it about 2/3 full of music and when I want to use it, I just go to town on my chores or whatever I am doing to it really helps pass the time. I love it. There is no radio, movies or anything like that. Just songs which is fine for me. I haven't tried it with audiobooks yet - not sure if it will work or not. I LOVE IT! It was a great investment!
