I like this brand because you only take one capsule a day. Other brands, you have to take 3 or more. So this bottle lasts 4 months !!!! When you open tha bottle... there's strong odor.... other than that... there's no after taste. The side affect of one medicine i take is diarrhea and hopefully....this helps keep me regular.
