Directions: For full protection, apply liberally (2 mg/cm of skin) to all exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure, then rub in to reduce whitening effect. Reapply: after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating; Immediately after towel drying; At least every 2 hours. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am - 2 pm. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. For Children Under 6 Months of Age: Ask a doctor.

Safe and works
It works perfectly, so sunburn on 1 year olds and 4 year old swimming for over an hour. We even put in hair of babies to protect the scalp. Love this stuff and the safe ingredients!

I love this sunscreen in a way that I do not have to worry about my children/myself getting toxins in their bodies while being protected from the sun. Keep in mind that it is thick so you do not need a ton on otherwise you will have a white face/body, but I'd rather have that then sunburn.
