Keeney K830-14 Toilet Fill Valve, Metal/Plastic Body, Anti-Siphon: No, For: Standard 2 Piece Toilets

Old fill valve wouldn't fully shut off, wasting 4 gallons per hour overflow. New one installed, won't fully shut off, wastes a couple of gallons a day out of the package. I'll need to replace it again in several months, once the water wastage in overflow gets to a couple of gallons an hour. Or I'll solve the problem, and install a new toilet that has a float valve. I understand there's only one manufacturer of these valves, and they seem to have lost the ability to make a working product when they started making them overseas. These are junk. Replace your toilet, or get used to replacing these a couple of times a year.
