This cat tree is very well made. It arrives already assembled. My cats absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this cat tree if you are looking for a sturdy well made cat tree for your fur babies. I purchased mine in the brown carpet which goes very well in my living room. I prefer the carpeted trees over the ones that are covered in the faux shearling material or the other fuzzy material. Which looks cheap and doesn't last. Very satisfied in purchasing this product.
