I like that they're in individual packets to take each day. So far it's working to help me sleep. I take them 30 mins before bedtime. I have Fluoroquinolone Associated Disability and insomnia is part of the disability. I cannot take medications as most of my symptoms flare severely. Natural supplements have never flared my symptoms. It also came in a magnetic closure box that pretty cute. Will be recommending this to my fellow floxies, family %26 friends.
